Make a privacy request

Ask for a copy of your information, to delete or correct it, or anything else covered by our Privacy Policy.

• We’ll email you a link to confirm the request came from you. We can’t act on it until you confirm.
• We respond within 45 days of your confirmation. If we need more time, we may extend that once, by up to 45 more days, and we’ll email you before the first deadline to say why.
• If your request is about information a car wash or employer keeps about you, that business controls it. We’ll pass your request to them and help them answer it.
• Staff can delete their own account any time from the app: Delete your account.
